Dear aspirant,
It is your choice.
But it is always recommended to go for higher studies.

You can reach the research field then you will have infinite job offers in your hand.
Then you will have the authority to select the job you need.

It is dependent on your financial condition whether you can continue your studies.

work hard and chase the dream.

Mechatronics is the branch which is under development and a lot of areas of research are to be evolved out of this.

Believe you can and you will on the half way.

Yes it is possible to apply for a higher job after completing mechantronics.
List of some of the jobs are :
1. Controls and mechantronics engineer
2. Assosiate/Assistant professor
3. Electrical/electronic engineer
4. Electromechanical engineer

Yes, you can go for job or higher studies after completing Mechantronics.
You can apply for
electro-mechanical design engineer or controls and mechantronics engineer.

Should I go for job or higher studies after completing Mechantronics?

Sir., I am a pre final year Mechatronics Engineering Students. I'm in a dilemma to make decision to go on for My Placement or to carry up Higher Studies? My clooege has a good placement Status. could u pls tell a general suggestion?
