I missed the entrance exam to iist and IIT. I am a bsc physics student.I had a great dream to become an scientist/astronaut in isro - thiruvananthapuram .

Hello sir I have completed my msc physics i want to become an astronaut. What are the possibilities for me. As replied earlier that a pilot or mission specialist should have a degree in engineering, biological science physical science or mathematics.
Please clarify that i should have only one of these or all the above

Greeting for the day;

NASA Divided Astronaut in to three categories depending upon their nature of work :-
1)Pilot Astronauts,
2)Mission Specialist Astronauts and
3)Payload Specialists Astronaut.

I have attached a pdf regarding full details of individual categories defined by NASA and their Education and other Eligibility Criterias.
