hii

MS in Nanotechnology or MS in Genetic Engineering a good option to go for after B.Tech in Biotech
There are many good companies offering jobs in this field like
Thapar group,
Hindustan liver limited,
Bivcol,
India Vaccines Corporation,
IDPL
fields like genetic engineering, nanotechnology and biotechnology as such are the some fields which are attaining popularity at a very high speed. so specializing in these fields would be the best option for you.
moreover ,an MS in these fields would help you to get into a high ranking and promising jobs anywhere in the world.
so go ahead with your aim of MS. and therefore, prepare for GRE well and score high in it and thus get into a good foreign university.

good luck

Yes, many colleges in India doesn't offer you the course for B.tech in Biotechnology but it is one of the developing field's since many researches are going in this field.

There are many good companies offering jobs in this field like

Thapar group,

Hindustan liver limited,

Bivcol,

India Vaccines Corporation,

IDPL

and many other such companies. Both the streams nanotechnology and genetic engineering are good but i suggest you to choose genetic engineering as you have the basic part in B.tech itself. You can go through GRE and TOEFL to get placed in top Universities.

all the best

hi!

Both nanotechnology & genetic engineering offers bright career prospects with handsome pay package & lucrative perks. You can choose either of the two depending up on your interest & your potential to excel in a particular field.

In my opinion you should do MS in nanotechnology.

In India, Nanotechnology is at its infancy stage and is targeted towards the main streams like electronics, healthcare markets, and other industrial products. Many scientific institutions have been doing Research and Development (R&D) in this field. You will find good employment opportunity in these institutions. Candidates with MS in Nanotechnology are in great demand both in India and abroad.
