IGNOU Diploma in Civil Engineering- Construction Drawing Exam – Download Previous Year’s Question Papers IGNOU is considered as the best institute for Diploma course in India. The core branch Civil Engineering is taught in diploma course here. Construction drawing is a theoretical cum mathematical subject which has tremendous application in future of civil engineers.
