Re: Am I eligible for civil service after completing M.A Political Science 2 years course through lateral entry from Madurai Kamaraj University without pursuing B.A I have completed my 1st and 2nd year of graduation from a UGC approved state university in year 2008 in mathematics now i got job in SBI .so is it possible to complete my final year from any university in distance mode .I just want a valid certificate to appear in UPSC |

Re: Am I eligible for civil service after completing M.A Political Science 2 years course through lateral entry from Madurai Kamaraj University without pursuing B.A Yes, you can attend Civil service exam after M.A political science. But this degree taken should be a valid one from a recognized institute or university. Maximum age limit allowed for this exam is 30 years. Age relaxation is given for SC/ST/OBC categories. Initially you need to apply for Preliminary exam. If you pass this level, you can attend Main exam followed by a Personal Interview. |

Am I eligible for civil service after completing M.A Political Science 2 years course through lateral entry from Madurai Kamaraj University without pursuing B.A I have completed my M.A(pol.sc.) two years course through lateral entry from Madurai Kamaraj University without pursuing B.A. Is it I am eligible to appear civil service? Please help me to clarify this. |
