Dear,

Their is no technique or shortcut to get a good job after your B.E. You need to go through all the recruitment process in order to get a job. Even if you do any certification courses it will rarely help you in your recruitment.

But still you can do it for improving your skills and it may help you to get a job easily. But yes, it will definitely help you to gain some importance over others during your training period and project allocation in an organisation.

You can do following courses:
  1. Sun certification
  2. Cisco certification
  3. J2EE
  4. Python...etc

You can create your profile in some of the job portals like:
  • Monterindia
  • timesjob
  • naukari.com...etc

These job portals will help you in your job search.

You can also write some employment assessment tests like: AMCAT,E-LITMUS,R-SAT..etc among them E.-LITMUS is best. It will give you many opportunities.

Best of luck!

After B.Tech in CSE department you have good chances of getting job in software field.

If you have an aggregate of 65% and above throughout the academics then you will definitely be eligible for all the written exam of the companies.

I suggest you to improve your communication skills and also programming skills so that you will be eligible for the exam and can have a good job for sure.

The lists of companies are as follows:

Accenture
ACS
CA Technologies
CTS
Dell
HCL Technologies
Hitachi
IBM
Infosys
Infotech
Mahindra Satyam
Microsoft
Oracle
Tech Mahindra
Wipro
TCS
Genpact
Essar
Any many more IT companies…

Thank you,

All the best.
