Re: Information about MAT exam? What is the procedure and fee structure? Hi there. I have two questions: 1. How many times can i sit for MAT? 2. If i appear in the December MAT'2014,and i don't get satisfactory result, then can i sit on the February MAT'2015 again?? If yes, then, while applying for any management institute next year, can i show them the score card in which i score better? Please help me with the answers. Thanking you in advance. |

## After CAT, MAT is the second best entrance exam for pursuing MBA. This is an All India level MBA entrance exam. MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test. This is also a National Test which is conducted by the All India Management Aptitude Testing Service. You can give this exam for four times a year- February, May, September and December. ## The main advantage of giving this exam is that there is no percentae mentioned to acquire at graduation level which means that if you have got the pass marks at grad level then you will be available to give the exam. ## The degree can be attained in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university. The degree should be a valid one that's it. Final year students who are about to give their final exam or awaiting the result of their final exam are also eligible. ## Just like CAT, even in MAT exam there is no specific age criteria mentioned which means that after graduation you can give this exam whenever you want to. Much the same way you can give this exam as many times you want to since no restriction has been imposed on the number of permissible attempts. ## You need to stress on the following sections for the exam:
How To Apply? ~You can buy the MAT Bulletin/CD by paying Rs. 1200 in any listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA OR from AIMA, New Delhi. (OR) ~You can send a demand draft of Rs.1200 in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. You just have to register online with the DD details. (OR) Lastly the amount can also be paid online by registering online and paying the amount with the help of your Credit Card or Debit Card. Important MAT Dates 2013:- Last Date For sale of Forms: 14 August 2013 (Wednesday) Last Date for submission of Forms: 17 August 2013 (Saturday) Last Date For Online Registration: 14 August 2013 (Wednesday) Last Date for submission of Online Forms: 17 August 2013 (Saturday) Exam Date 2013:- Paper-based Test: 1st September 2013 Online-based Test: 7th September 2013 Hope this helps :-> :-> |
