Re: No degree certificate received due to 3 pending back papers, what to do? I am a btech student of 2008-12 batch from jntu Hyderabad I cleared my papers except 2 subjects which I can leave as per the jntu rule but I haven't applied for my degree due to some financial issue can I get it now as it's been 6 years now. |

Until and unless you clear them, you can never get your certificate. The degree certificate certifies that you have completed the degree efficiently with nothing pending. So unless you clear the backlogs you will not get a certificate. So please join the college back and apply for clearing the subjects and do it within due time. All the Best. |

Re: No degree certificate received due to 3 pending back papers, what to do? Dear pal, certificate for finishing the degree course or any other course will be given only if you complete the course. No institution provide you with the certificate without completing the backlogs. So it necessary to clear the exam as soon as possible. Keep in mind that one need to complete the backlog within a limited period as may university extend the time for completing the course for one or two years only. If you are not able to complete the course then you need to do the course freshly in order to obtain your degree. Tips to clear your pending papers. 1. Put your full effort for preparing for the exam. You can get the help of your friends to learn the subject. 2. Go to a coaching centre if necessary. 3. Refer previous year question papers. But do not depend on that questions only as questions for the exam depend on the person who sets the question paper . 4. Practice problems and be familiar with the concepts. 5. Do not write stories for the answer. Give answer to the point . |

Re: No degree certificate received due to 3 pending back papers, what to do? i completed my graduation in 2007 bsc. fashion designing....i had a few backlogs and cleared some...in my 6th sem marks card i noticed that my final result is fail because my internal assessment marks are less but i have passed in theory and pracitcal my aggregate marks come up to only 36 i need 4 more marks to pass....please help what am i supposed to do...its been so many years yet my college and university are of no help... |

Hi, I have completed my degree in 2007 , but i did not clear my back log still, when i went to pay for exam they told that BU is banded the exams , but i really made a mistake with out clearing my back log due to my personal problem , if i approach BU authority will they accept my problem can they help me getting degree certificate , pls suggest me what i should do pls help me in this matter , im struggling now |

I have given gate exam and have cleared it with 33 marks.. gate score - 398.. AIR - 11055.. and percentile of 91.98. My B Tech percentage is also 63.7 Please suggest me which college should i opt for. though i am actually interested in govt sectors but due to 65% criteria and 4 yr B tech degree qualification i am not eligible for them.. so can i do govt job after completing m tech? Please reply as sson as possible.. Thanks.. :) |

So first complete your backs and get the degree of engineering. As you are from mechanical branch there are lots of job opportunities available for you in government sector as well as in private sector. If you are interested in doing M.Tech or other higher education then also you need a degree. So without degree you are nothing. You have not any proof of your graduation. So complete your engineering first by covering all the backs and get your degree. And after that if you have any interest then apply for the GATE examination for the M.tech course. And if you are not interested in further studies then apply for some jobs in company like KPIT Cummins Infosystem Ltd Mabel Engineers Pvt Ltd Neubauplan Machine Design Studio Kateel Engineering Industry Pvt Ltd As you are from mechanical engineering so lots of job opportunities are available for you after engineering. After clearing this you would get certificate and i want to inform you that there are number of job for mechanical engineers in the market.So, you will get job very easily if you have knowledge of your subject. You must get your certificate somehow and the only way I can see is that you must clear your backlogs This time work more harder and leave no stone unturned. Aim to clear the subjects at one go and get the certificate as soon as possible otherwise you may have to face certain problems while getting a job as the company may question you on this matter all the best and yeah dont panic! |

Re: No degree certificate received due to 3 pending back papers, what to do? you can contact to your college Principal and explain them the whole situation .If its necessary then you can first fill your examination form and fees to reappear in it.If they didn't allow you to sit in the exam ,you can submit a "MEDICAL CERTIFICATE" before them.After clear your back paper you are entitled to receive your degree. |

Hello friend, The best thing i will suggest you is to prepare for the back papers and and clear it as soon as possible.As you have mentioned that you have 3 of them,so it can be cleared even in one attempt. Though some people even go for some jobs in such cases,but it becomes a bit difficult to take out time for studying.So,it takes some time before clearing the backlog papers.And remember degree certificate is really very important.without it you cannot proceed further in your future. So,it is very simple for you,utilize your time and clear the papers within one attempt.Once you get the Degree you will get self-confidence to put your step forward. Good Luck. |
