Re: Can I do Ph.D in correspondence immediately after M.Tech?

hello sir/madam,
I am doing m.tech in system engineering from iit_bhu,varanasi and my b.tech is in ECE.
Now I want to do phd in any specialization of ECE through correspondance just after completing the m.tech.
please suggest me iit's offering such courses and eligibility and other details?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Yes you can do PhD correspondence . It would be great if you do it in your stream only ie Electronics (In which you have Master's Degree)

There are many institute which provides you Correspondence PhD degree courses

Generally it will take you 2 years in completing it but it all depend on different universities you are applying for..

Here is the list

Karnatka open state university (approved by UGC)

Ceronet

Elite Academy

Sri Manjunatha Education society

I would advice you to go with Karnatka one..

All the best..!!

Can i do Ph.D in corresspondence immediately after M.Tech? Without any sort of work experience?
If yes how long will it take to do it in correspondence?
What are the universities meeting my requirements in India(Bangalore)?
May i know about universities and entrance exams in detail in India(Bangalore)?
I'm M.Tech in ELECTRONICS so, which would be the best discipline further in Ph.D?
