Re: Which are the best engineering courses? Hi..........friend Engineering courses: All Engineering courses has 4 years time period to complete course and there are many courses in B.tec. These are, 1.CS 2.IT 3.EC 4.Chemical 5.ECE 6.Civil 7.Mechanical 8.Aeronautica 9.Agriculture -These courses are good for the job. -If you do any course in these you can get god job. -Presently cs has many compitation but salaries is high inthis. -Agriculture has less compitation rest of others and if done this we have a govt jobs also. --My suggest you to join the Engineering course which you are interested and where your strengths are being fully utilized. The engineering courses have varied degree of scope and selecting a particular field will depend on you interest . To get you choice of course you must have good rank in the entrance exam . You can select the following order of preference if you are willing to do engineering . Now a days salary in Computer engineering is very good hence most of the people opt for this field. -Computer Science and Engineering -Information Technology -Electronics and Communication Engineering -Electrical Engineering -Mechanical Engineering -Civil Engineering The above preference order is just an advice and you can choose according to your thinking. Re: Which are the best engineering courses? I think, the core courses such as ECE,MECHANICAL,CIVIL,EEE,EIE are the best to choose because they are all having a very good scope in the future. Don't decide a course by its value. But decide a course through your interest. All the best. I prefer CSE ( computer science and engineering over others because of job market and salaries. I see most of the engineers for other streams like ECE, EEE, Mech and Civil join software industry. If I need to do a software job after doing Mech or civil, why not join computer engineering. |

Re: Which are the best engineering courses? All streams in engineering are good in own perspectives. CSE stream deals with computer software and hardware. ECE is mush related to the design of electronic equipments and associated structures. Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, etc are some other emerging areas. Civil engineering is related to the design and manufacture of buildings or related structures. You can select a stream according to your interest. |
