Re: Which are the good books for preparation for SSC graduate level exam? I am starting to prepare for SSC Graduate Level and wants to know the best books available in market for all the subjects. I have gone through all the posts here on this website and when I checked the books on online portals then according to them these are not the best ones. Kindly help. |

The selection is based on the performance performed in written exam and personal interview. The written exam has 2 stages: 1. Prelims: contain one paper of four sections: . General reasoning- 50 questions of 50 marks. . Maths- 50 questions of 50 marks. . English- 50 questions of 50 marks. . G.K.- 50 questions of 50 marks. 2. Main Exam: total 2 papers. . English- 200 questions of 200 marks. . Maths - 200 questions of 20 marks. Books are---- Mathematics by R.S.Agarwal [Arithmetic book ] DR.Lal & Jain [Upkar books ] Reasoning by R.S.Agarwal [Vertbal and non verbal ] Genertal Knowledge by Rajpoot brotherhood Khanna and Verma TRIKS- >>> clear all basics of mathematics and reasoning. >>> remember table from 2-30. >>> remember square root and cube root upto 50. >>> join caoching centre for proper guiding, training and shortcut methods.
