Re: What is the height and chest required for NDA? HI, National Defence Academy Examination Eligibility Criteria: Age: 16½ to 19 years. Marital Status and gender: Unmarried male candidates Educational Qualification: (i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. (ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination. Nationality - A candidate must be either (i) a citizen of India, or (ii) a subject of Bhutan, or nda exam physical standard;-  thank you.................................. |

Hello Dear, NDA stand for National Defence Academy NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in A year NDA-I and NDA-II Eligibility For NDA candidate must be an unmarried male candidate must be passed/appeared in 12th with a govt. recognized university and age must be in between 16.5-19 years. candidate should be having a height of at least 157.5 cms and the chest of minimum 77 cms good luck |

Re: What is the height and chest required for NDA? National Defence Academy(NDA) entrance exam conducted by UPSC two times every year for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried male having either appear for the final Graduation degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health. For NDA, you should be having a height of at least 157.5 cms and the chest of minimum 77 cms, and you should be able to expand your chest up to 5 cms and your weight should be at least 46-49kgs. Furthermore, you should be having your age between 16.5-19 years of age. Gud luck |

NDA Stands for National Defense Academy. The NDA Exam is conducted every year two times in the months of April and August as NDA-I & NDA-II respectively. The Union Public Service Commission conducts the NDA Examination. The candidate must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university Or equivalent qualification are applicable for NDA exam. The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India. The minimum acceptable height should be 157.5 cms . The Minimum requirement for chest is 77cm and you should be able to expand the chest for 5cm. The weight criteria For Army & Naval Academy is 46-49 kgs. For Indian Air force , your minimum weight must be in between 48-52 kgs. For more details of NDA exam , You should visit to www.upsc.gov.in . |
