Re: How to get success in Interviews? Interview is the final phase of selection procedure for many of the job positions. So, the way in which a candidate is going to perform in the Interview will decide whether a candidate can get job or not. So, one should have some planned preparation for the Interview to get selected in Interview. Here are some of the guidelines to get through the Interview. The first question in many of the Interviews will be introduction regarding yourself. So, prepare for this question with some good content of academic qualifications, achievements and personal details to introduce yourself for a period of 2-10 minutes. Know the information regarding the company in which you are attending for the Interview. The main business of the company, its achievements in the recent times, various business products of the company etc. You will be posed a question like "Why you want to join in this organization?". Try to be strong enough with your projects and Internships. If you are a fresher, you will be posed questions from these areas. In addition, the most important thing is subject knowledge. Try to be strong enough in fundamentals. Many of the questions that will be asked in Interview are of basic type. If you are unable to answer a particular question and if you don't have the information to answer a question, don't try to bluff at all by saying anything which is irrelavant. This will bring bad impression on part of you by them. |
