IRS means Indian revenue services................ eligibility of IRS entrance exam............ so,your CA student but you must be complete the bachelor degree or engineering Degree in any stream from recognized university. Final year candidate can also apply. Age 21---30 years......... citizenship of India, Bhutan, Nepal or Tibet can apply for this exam. Selection Process:- Preliminary test Main Examination Interview . I am doing CA IRS - Indian Revenue Service, as an IRS officer one will be appointed in Income Tax, Central Excise, Custom and other revenue Dept. under Central Govt. There is no specific exam as IRS entrance exam. To become an IRS officer, one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The selection is through three phases:- CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test - Preliminary Exam comprises of objective type questions. Civil Service Main Exam comprises of subjective type questions Personal Interview So if you are a Graduate you can apply for Civil Service Exam to join IRS.
