Re: What is the physical eligibility to join NDA? hi mann, NDA stands for national defence academy .This exam is conducted by UPSC. The candidate must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university Or equivalent qualification are applicable for NDA exam.There is no percentage criteria for the candidate.But you must have minimum marks in 12th standard .Final year of 12th course are applicable for NDA Exam. The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India. The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview. |

Hello Dear, NDA stand for National Defence Academy NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in A year NDA-I and NDA-II Eligibility For NDA Only male and Unmarried Candidate are eligible. girls are not allowed age must be in between 16.5-19 years candidate must be passed/appeared in 12th with a govt. recognized university 1. written test - objective 2. ssb interview.- vocal 3. medical test the written paper consists two papers 1. MATHEMATICS :- 300 Marks 2. GENERAL ABILITY:- 600 Marks NDA I: Date of notification;22/12/2012 Last date of receiving application:21/01/2013 Date of examination:07/04/2013 |

NDA - National Defence Academy, This Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly twice i.e. NDA - I & NDA - II NDA have three wings ie. 1. Indian Air Force 2. Indian Army 3. Indian Navy Physical Standards for NDA  Educational Qualification for NDA Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM subjects Age Limit Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years, there is no age relaxation for this examination Nationality Candidates should be a citizen of India Note : Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination |

NDA Examination is conducted every year twice in the months of April and August. * This Examination is taken by the Union Public Service Commission under the names NDA-I & NDA-II. The Eligibility Criteria For NDA Examination are : a) Educational Qualifications : 12th with PCM from any recognized board. b) Age Limit : 16.5-19 years. c) Sex : Male d) Nationality : Indian e) Marital Status : Single f) Minimum Height Required : g) Eyesight :  This is the information i have to the bets of my knowledge regarding your query. NDA Exam Physical Stands : Vision Stands : Uncorrected without Glass : 6/6 Corrected with Glass : 6/6 Limits of Myopia : -0.75 Limits of Hypermetropia : +1.5 Limits of colour Perception : I Binocular Vision : III There should be no sings of functional or organic disease of the heart & blood vessels Blood pressure should be normal There should be no enlargement of liver or spleen There should be no hydrocele , varicocele or piles any disease of skin which is likely to cause disability or disfigurement will also be a cause for rejection

 The acronym for NDA is Natonal Defence Academy. The NDA examination is taken in two procedures are mentioned as below:- * Written examination. * Personal imterview. The eligibility required for this examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of 12th from any recognised college or university. * Age limit- 16.5- 19 yrs. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST contendors. * Nationality- Indian. * Marital status- Single or unmarried. * Sex- Male. *  Hope the above mentioned will help you to get the information you were searching for. |
