The Members of RAW are selected from the best and well trained candidates from the CDS and UPSC(IAS/IPS) exam. Thus in order to get jobs in RAW you will have to first get selected in any one of these Exam. Eligibility for these Exam :- Nationality - Indian . Educational qualification :- >>For CDS - Graduation pass out with science stream having honors in Physics/Mathematics. >>For UPSC - Graduation pass out in any stream.
