You can do specializations in M.Tech in following fields:

M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Building Technology and Construction Management
M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Environmental Engineering
M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Geotechnical Engineering
M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering
M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Structural Engineering
M.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Transportation Engineering

To join M.Tech , you will have to qualify the GATE .
Apart from the M.Tech courses in Civil engineering, you can also opt to do an MBA.

M.Tech/M.E in Civil engineering is the common option selected by engineering graduates in Civil engineering. You can also go for master’s degree with specialization in structural engineering or infrastructure engineering. Offshore structures, Hydraulics, etc are other demanded areas of specialization. Integrated M.Tech-Ph.D in Transportation Engineering will also be better for you. PG in management can be opted with IT, Systems or Operations Management.
