For MCA freshers, the salary package is as follows.......... Gross salary including all benefits is 3,16,387/- per annum This is further divided into as follows...... 1. basic salary of `Rs9,700/- per month. 2. House Rent Allowance (HRA) is Rs 3,880/- per month. 3. conveyance allowance of Rs 800/- per month 4. Reimbursement of sundry medical expenses incurred by you for you and your family of Rs `6,000/- per annum, 5. food coupons of Rs`500/- per month 6. personal allowance of `Rs 2,880/- per month 7. Variable Pay/Allowance of `5,500/- per month, of which `4,950/- will be paid on a monthly basis. 8. Hospitalization Coverage Upto `45,000/- per beneficiary Domiciliary/Dental Expenses Upto `5,000/- per annum, per beneficiary covered under Domiciliary/Dental Expenses 9. Coverage for Dependant Parents On payment of full premium, dependant parents are covered under the Health Insurance Scheme as per applicable premium. 9. Higher Hospitalization Coverage You will be covered under Higher Hospitalization of`500,000/- per family on payment of applicable premium plus service taxes. |
