Re: Previous year aptitude papers of Syntel? I am selected till 5th round in Syntel for finannce analyst after my technical round manager has told me left for day and they will call me? Is it mean that I am rejected? |

Re: Previous year aptitude papers of Syntel? SYNTEL PAPERS !!! As per as SYNTEL-Placement Papers The pattern consist of 3 sections:
and off course the communication skills does matter a lot. if you are more well in this field then you will definitely get placement in this Syntel H.R round. Just prepare well for Aptitude Test, For this refer R S Agarwal. i am uploading Syntel papers. Only papers won't help you much you need to boost your self with R.S.Agarwal Book too. Just try to memorize all the relevant topics in R.S agarwal. Good luck. |

And the candidates who have passed the written test will be called for the second phase test i.e interview. WRITTEN TEST In the written test of SYNTEL following topics will be asked to the candidates verbal questions quantitative aptitude logical reasoning INTERVIEW The candidates who have passed the written examination will be called for the interview. Basically technical questions will be asked in interview test. |
