there are various scopes, but if you want to continue with your technical line then you can apply for the vacancies (either private or public) which are advertised in various newspapers time to time, for best career option in technical line you should go for IES (Indian Engineering Services) entrance conducted by UPSC. other than technical line you can move forward with masters in management (MBA) which is in demand especially with an engineering degree. If you like teaching services then you should do ME or Mtech , (start preparing for GATE) to become a lecturer in any engineering college. and at this time you can apply for a post of lecturer in any polytechnic colleges. There are various other jobs also, like banking, civil services, etc which require a graduate degree that you already own , so you can start preparing for these also. |

Re: Best career option for me after completion of B.E? I am a student of B.E in Civil Civil Engineers can have lot of career options with central/state government. You can have rewarding jobs in central government by qualifying IES exam. Valid GATE score will help you to find a job with PSU. Banks recently invited applications for the position of Specialist Officer. You can also look for JTO position in BSNL. |
