Re: Common interview questions and preferred answers and other required tips for Interviews Basically in interview candidates ability is tested.All the hard work of entire your academic life in squeezed in short period of one to three hours.In interview basic questions may be asked related to your personal life,your merits,demerits,where do you see yourself in upcoming years,etc. They can ask yu technical questions related to your field. They may organise a Group discussion for you where your abilities to handle people,patience,etiquetes,presence of mind,etc may be checked. There isn't any such specific criteria.It depends upon the company & even more on the interviewer. Best of Luck................... |
