Hi sir

You can get the application forms of afmc exam from the month of january through

various Head Post office of cities in india.

you can also obtain it from the official website of india.

www.afmc.nic.in

the cost of the form is 25O/- only

exam on first week of may.

Cost of AFMC application form and it availability:

Cost of the prospectus and application form is Rs. 250.

You can get this prospectus from major City GPOs, HPO's, Pos from the date of advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria for AFMC examination:


Academic Qualifications -

Qualifying examinations as a regular candidate with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects.

You must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the 10th standard.

Age Limit:

You have attained the age of 17 years and must not have attained the age of 22 years.

The application form for AFMC costs Rs.250.

You hav got various options regarding the procurement of the application forms

option 1: purchase it form the nearby head post office or nationalised banks where they are available. mostly they are available in the HPO of all major cities

option 2: download the form from www.afmc.nic.in and print in a neat a4 sheet and send it along with DD

option 3: write to the officer in charge with an attached DD of Rs.250 at

Officer-in-Charge (Admission Cell),

COST OF AFMC APPLICATION FORM -

Prospectus is available on sale at all Major City GPOs, HPO's, Pos from the date of advertisement. The present cost of the prospectus is Rs. 250.

and fifty only) drawn in favour of “Commandant , AFMC , Pune” on any nationalised bank payable at Pune be forwarded to AFMC Pune so as to reach not later
than 07 February 2011 at 5 PM . The candidate must write his/her name & registration number on the back of Demand Draft.

(c) Prospectus and application forms can also be obtained by post from “Officer-in-Charge (Admission Cell), Armed Forces Medical College, Sholapur Road,
Pune- 411 040” on payment of `. 250/- per copy, only by Bank Draft on any nationalized bank payable at Pune in favour of “Commandant, AFMC, Pune,” along with
full postal address of the candidate typed neatly and clearly on two separate slips of paper (size 9 cms x 5 cms). Please ensure that the Demand Draft bears the code
number of the issuing bank. The candidate must write his/her name & address on the back of the Demand Draft. The candidate should enclose an application for
obtaining prospectus and application form giving his/her particulars and address and enclose a self addressed stamped envelope of good quality (Size 11”x13”). The
envelope should be stamped for `. 60/-. Bank Drafts on any other banks other than nationalized banks, Money Orders, Cash or Postal Orders will not be accepted. Each
request should be accompanied by a separate demand draft. Combined demand draft for more than one application will not be accepted. Request for prospectus to be
sent by post will be accepted from 20 Dec 2010 to 21 Jan 2011 up to 4 pm only
