hello friend,

IAS entrance exam has been conducted by the UPSC department which is the most toughest entrance exam

IAS entrance exam eligibility :

1. you should be passed the bachelor degree from any recognized university.
2. age must be between the 21 to 30 years .
age relaxation : 3 years for OBC
5 years for the Sc/ST

3. Indian citizen

NUmber of times Attempts :

1. for General : 4
2. for OBC: 7 times
3. For SC/ST: unlimited

SElection process:
1. preliminary entrance exam
2. Main entrance exam
3. Interview

MAIN subjects for the IAS entrance exam :

1. General knowledge
2. General studies
3. General english
4. APtitude
5. History
6. Optional subject (according to your study)

so do it best preparation ..

Hi Guest,

If you are preparing for IAS exam, then you need to concentrate more on the Current Affairs sections.

The questions will be asked more on the Current Affairs and General Studies.

I suggest you to prepare good for the above mentioned two topics so that you can easily crack the exam.

eligibility of ias is21-30.
age of relaxation depends on categeory.
for acadimic qualification you need to have a graduate.
subject depends on your intrest.just go through all the subjects,check out which subject suits you best

The subjects in which you got to be good are as follows:
General Studies
English
Essay Writing
Comprehension and maths of class 10th level
Any one of the Indian Languages

Apart from general studies, the first stage of the examination also comprise of questions based on mental ability, logical reasoning, decision making and other related aptitude testing questions.

To be eligible for the exam, you must be within the age limit of 21-30 years.
AS far as academic qualification is concerned, you need to be a graduate in any discipline. There is no percentage criteria to apply for the exam.
