Hello sir, I am Pavani from Hyderabad,have completed my B-Tech from IIIT-Basar (Rajiv Gandhi University of knowledge Technologies) from the Dept of ECE with an aggregate of 81% and working in One Of the MNC'S now. and still I am pretty interested to join in an intelligence bureau of CBI, Can you please suggest me what all the possibilities to get into it. is that SSC exam only the possibility for entrance? if so, when can I expect the exam to be held in 2015 as 2014 recruitment is already over? and also suggest me few sites so as t o refer set of previous model papers to get to know the pattern and all. Thank you. |

CBI Stands Central Bureau Of Investigation CBI is the main investigation agency of India . CBI is a highly honourable branch conducted by SSC Panel,for which candidates with the following qualifications are called to fill in the application: # Candidate must be a citizen of India. # A graduate in any discipline from a government recognized University. ****>> AGE LIMIT: #For general students: >> the minimum age required is 20 years and maximum is 30 years. # For OBC: >>Maximum Age limit is relaxed by 3 years. # For SC/STs: >>The maximum age is 33 years. ***>>PROCEDURE The exam is conducted in two phases: 1. Preliminary Exam;and 2. Main Exam Once you clear the main phase and then physical test,you are called for Interview,passing this you are qualified to be trained as CBI Officer. |

CBI departments work like Criminal investigation body, national security agency, intelligence agency etc... under the government of india. CBI has two departments like Anti corruption Special Crime etc... so you can apply for the any one of the department. Eligibility for the CBI jobs; Educational Qualification: you should be graduate with atleast 65% marks from any bachelor degree. Age limit: age must be between the 21 to 30 years. NAtionality: you should be indian citizen. Physical requirments: Height: for men: 157 cms, for women: 152 cms. chest: 82 cms. so these are the eligibility require for the job in the governemnt departments... Selection process: 1.written test 2.Interview 3.Physical and medical fitness test Important dates: closing dates for apply: 03-05-2012. Exam adte: 24-06-2012. CBI exam has been conducted by the UPSc so you can apply the post before the closing date to the online on www.upsconline.nic.in It will br great to see you in CBI. Thank you! |
