In order to take admission, you will have to obtain the registration form from your nearest branch of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India which is available throughout the year. Once you have enrolled for the course, you will get study materials from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The course is basically offered through correspondence mode, however, there are many study centers which offers coaching classes for the same and some of them are even accredited by the Institute and therefore, if you are interested in opting for oral coaching, you must contact the regional council in order to get information regarding the study centers accredited by the institute.
