Re: What is the age limit to apply for various posts in SBI SBI Hires for the posts of PO and Clerks at the Entry level. Below is the minimum education and age criteria to apply for the SBI PO and Clerks Exams: Eligibilty for the SBI BANK CLERKS exams: Min educational qualifications is 12th Pass with minimum 60% marks OR Graduation Pass Age should be between 18 and 28 years OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations Eligibilty for the SBI BANK PO exams: Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass Age should be between 21 and 30 years OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations SBI has set up the number of attempts which is 4 for General candidates and 7 for OBC candidates. Next SBI PO exams is on 28th april 2013 Forms are being filled right now and last date to apply is 23rd February 2013 |

Re: What is the age limit to apply for various posts in SBI Dear Friend, The State Bank Of India Conducts the Banking Examination every year for the following posts : a) Bank Clerk b) Bank PO The Qualifications required for both the posts are almost same excepting the age criteria. The Qualifications Required are : * you must have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. * your age should lie in between the following brackets for the following posts : a) For Bank Clerical Exam : 18-28 years for the candidates belonging to General Category. b) For Bank PO Exam : 21-30 years for those belonging to General Category. * Age Relaxation : There is also a relaxation in upper age of 3 years granted for OBC Candidates and of 5 years for SC/ST Candidates. * You must be an Indian Citizen. The eligibility criteria required for SBI Clerk and PO examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of 12th with 60% marks or completion of graduation in any discipline from any recognised college or university. * Age limit-18-28 yrs for Clerk; and 21-30 yrs for PO examination. * Age relaxation- 3 yrs for OBC and 5 yrs for SC/ST contendors. * Nationality- Indian. * No. of attempts- 4 for General, 7 for OBC and no limits for SC/ST contendors. Re: What is the age limit to apply for various posts in SBI SBI usually recruits fresher to clerical and P.O positions. For clerical jobs age of the candidate must be between 18 and 28 years. In case of P.O jobs, age of the candidate must fall somewhere between 21 and 30 years. Age relaxation can be availed by reserved category candidates. 3 year age relaxation is given to OBC candidates where as SC/ST can have the same up to 5 years. |
