Re: difference between Msc, MS, and post graduation diploma?

M.sc. and M.S., both are master degrees, but here M.sc. is Master's in Science and M.S. is Master's in Surgery. If currently you are pursuing B.Tech in Bio.Tech. then you should go for M.sc. Bio.Tech. That will be better for you.

Rest about Graduation diploma's, generally they all considered as a same. Similarly Post Graduate Diploma's.

Re: difference between Msc, MS, and post graduation diploma?

Generally MSc is Science, MS deal with research and Engineering related which equivalent to M.E/M.Tech in India.
In India there is no uniformity in degrees, science is degraded with Engineering. So MSc in Science is equivalent to B.Tech the MS/MSc[Engg]/M.E/M.Tech belong to relevant or equivalent category.

Hi dear,
You want to know difference between Msc, MS, and post graduation diploma, both Msc and Ms are same that is master in science, but the difference is that when complete this in abroad then you can get MS, otherwise in India you can get Msc degree rest of some good institute like pilani, you can get Msc degree after complete your Bsc degree. But comparison with these two, MS is best the option.
All the best>

Dear,
M.sc and M.S both are same and both are master degree courses. But M.S means Master of surgery in medecine field and M.sc means Master of science and it is
basically related to engineering, science and technology.
Thanks.

Re: difference between Msc, MS, and post graduation diploma?

HELLO,no matter what the degrees are,it matters alot that what should you prefer for grooming your carrier!
M.Sc. is known for master degree in science while M.S.is the master degree for surgery.generally M.S. is preferred by MBBS for specialization in this field.and rest of you have asked about diploma courses, institutes(may be private or govn.) offers the certificate courses & can be assume these courses as graduation courses.post graduation is an degree which can be achieved after graduation degree.you are in B.tech.(biotech) so i'll prefer you for M.tech. in biotechnology ,which would raise your salary package & understanding too.you can take CBEE(combined biotechnology entrance exam) conducted by JNU for top 28 universities including JNU,in india.for more information logon at-
www.jnu.ac.in
OK, BEST OF LUCK.

Re: difference between Msc, MS, and post graduation diploma?

Compared to MSc, MS is research oriented. Now in India some Institutions are offering MS courses. Even Mangalore University is offering MS through correspondence mode. Study center is R.V.Center for Cognitive Technologies (www.rvcct.ac.in) Bangalore

MSc and MS are the same.. in india, postgraduation in basic sciences is called MSc, PG in engg is called MTech or ME, PG in medicine is called MS
but abroad.. every masters course related to science is generalised as MS or Masters in Science..

Hi,

In my view, the best course for you would be M.S in Bio-technology.

I can't understand why are you asking for Diploma course, cert, course after completing your B.Tech
