Re: How much score is required in GATE to get into IIT? Hello friend, To get admission to any IIT, you need to secure more than 95 percentile in GATE examination. But apart from this, your overall marks (10th, 12th, B.Tech CGPA) are also considered. Also GD and interview are taken by IITs to get in after securing 95 percentile in GATE. |

Re: How much score is required in GATE to get into IIT? To get IIT,you must score above 95 percentile in GATE exam. Only GATE score will not enter into IIT. There are home exam conducted by each IIT as per application arrives.This include: -GD -Interview Overall merit is prepared on the basis of (10th marks,12th marks,BTECH marks,Gate score, GD, Interview). If you get shortlisted then you can take admission in IIT. |
