IRDA Agents Exam Masterclass – IRDA Agents Pre-recruitment Exam About the Program The Masterclass is a 2 day full time workshop, aimed at creating more licensed insurance advisors, by training groups of participants belonging to a particular sales manager/ group of sales managers/ branch office. The Masterclass workshop covers entire IC-33 syllabus as prescribed by IRDA. The Masterclass adds value to existing available IRDA agent training programs, and enhances the probability of passing the agent exams by more than 100%. Program structure covers: Day 1: Introduction to Insurance, Principles of Life Assurance, Premiums & Bonuses, Life Insurance Products, Underwriting, Insurance Documents Day 2 : Policy Conditions, Claims, Linked Life Insurance Products, Laws and Regulations, Model Test paper discussion, Participant certificate distribution Program Objective To enhance the probability of passing the IRDA Pre-recruitment exams for prospective agents and create more licensed agents, ready for procuring insurance business. About the Workshop Leader P.Santhosh has authored 3 books (Marketing of Life Insurance, Risk Management in Life Insurance, Underwriting & Claims Management) which are used as standard course books for Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) for the 1-year PG Diploma in Insurance Management. He is a law graduate (Symbiosis) with MBA (IMDR), and A.I.I.I qualifications. His Masterclass participants range from college students & home-makers to independent professionals, management executives & high profile retired government officers. Duration 2 days –Full time Timing: 9.30 – 18.00 hrs For whom IRDA mandatory training completed candidates (classroom/online mode) Sales managers, trainers, insurance professionals in sales, operations, & back-office Anyone wishing to make a career in insurance sector Fees Individual participant fee: INR 1999.00 MASTERCLASS GROUP Participation fees: INR 10,000 for 2 days FT workshop.
