Look you have not mentioned which UPSC exam you are referring to.
As all exams have a slight difference.

Anyway, as your running age is 21 which i reckon you have completed 21 years of age.

Now according to the UPSC guidelines, the minimum allowable age for appearing in the UPSC exams such as CSAT or the Engineering Service exam, you must have attained the age of 21 as on 1st August of the year of the exam.

As you have attained that age already, so can apply for the exam, provided you have the necessary qualifications as well.

Age limit for UPSC exam:
21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs.

You have to complete 21 years eligibility..........

you can definitely apply for the UPSC exam..it requires you to be between 21-30 and you are there..so go for it...

Dear Friend,
The age limit to appear in UPSC Exam is 21-30 years. If you falls in this range then you are eligible to write the exams but you must be a graduate.

I am not understanding you running means 21 coming soon or you are after 20. I am not getting you.
I am just providing guideline for appearing in UPSC exam-
you should cross aleast 21 years and not more than 30 years.

Hello dear,

Yes dear you are eligible for UPSC exam at the age of 21 year.

If you are pursuing your B.Tech Final year then it is very good for you.

Also prefinal year of engineering in the subject as per advertisement (on completing of degree , min 60% marks mandatory)

minimum age required in between 18 to 28

Advertisement schedule in the month of Feb

Hi friend,
As you know for appearing into any exam conducted by UPSC there is eligibility criteria of graduation in any discipline is required.
So, if you are graduating within 21 year of then you can must apply for the UPSC exam.

according to my knowledge if your age is 21 to 30 years before 1 august of year of exam then you are eligible for UPSC exam so you are eligible for this exam if you fulfill this condition thn you are eligible

i think you are eligible for UPSC,age limit is 21 to 30,if your consider 21 in 01.01.2011 then you are eligible for this year otherwise try for next year...

yes definitely you are elligible for applying in UPSC exams as for the same your age should be between 21 and 30 years and now your age is 21 years.

but fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not guarentee you to appear in all its exams.so please check the eligibility criteria from the website -http://www.upsc.gov.in

No you are not eligible for this exam. It is clearly mentioned that you should have completed 21 years. You should consider it as you have more time to prepare for the exam. So you can plan your studies accordingly. Start from the basics and solve as many papers as possible.

yes you can apply as you fulfill the age criteria of upsc.
according to eligibility criteria of UPSC, your age should be between 21-30 years and according to you ,your age is 21 years now and there is no need for you to think about maximum age criteria.

so,don't worry ,you are eligible.

yes one can apply for upsc exam with 21 year age and following are some more detail which will benefit you more........

Minimum education criteria = Graduate

Maximum age criteria = 28yrs (for General category and I think it is 32 years for SC/ ST categories)

How to apply:-You have to apply for UPSC (Union Public Services Commission) exam.

Age Limit is 21-30 years on 1st August of the year of Examination.
