TO GET A JOB IN GOOD COMPANIES YOUR PERCENTAGE PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE.... YOU NEED TO HAVE ATLEAST 60% IN 10+2 & GRADUATION..... AS YOU HAVE LESS PERCENTAGE IN 12th.....IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT BUT IF YOUR REALLY GOOD IN COMMUNICATION &TECHNICAL SKILLS THEN YOU HAVE FEW CHANCES TO GET A JOB IN GOOD COMPANY...... AS YOU BELONG TO ECE STREAM YOU HAVE CHANCES AT BOTH SOFTWARE &HARDWARE FIELD.....ECE FIELD IS EVERGREEN.....IT SUPPORTS YOU ALOT.... YOU CAN APPLY FOR SOME GOVERNMENT JOBS...WHERE YOU HAVE BRIGHT FUTURE.... ALL THE BEST DEAR.... |

you have good accademic record in 10th and B.E. but you have very less in 12th. So you want get a job you have atleast 60% aggregate throughout career there is no chance to get job in software are government jobs. Better you try for BPO jobs. where you required communication skills |

Your 10th standard and graduation marks are very decent but you know that your 12th standard marks is not so good. Normally good companies wants 60% throught your academic career. But there are so many other companies also you can sit. You can not sit in the following companies : 1.TCS 2.CTS 3.IBM 4.INFOSYS 5.WIPRO The best option for you is to do higher study.After M.TECH there will be so many opportunities for you to get a good job. |

Dear friend, Although your class 10 percentage and graduation percentage seems to be a decent one. But you will have to face problems in case of considering your Class 12 percentage. Almost all the CMM level5 companies like-TCS,CTS,Infosys etc. provide the criteria of an overall percentage of 60 at least. Therefore it would create a big deal of problems to appear in those companies. Although you can start your carrier with any CMM level3 companies. All the very best. |

Each companies fix some criterion for appearing in their entrance exams, which is mainly based on institute marks. They have nothing to do with 10th and 12th exams, which becomes important at interview level. So if you have strong knowledge about your subjects your 10th and 12th marks won't be any problem. You can apply for Public sector companies like NTPC, SAIL, BHEL etc |

Some telecoms companies which work in core sector of electronics are... ECE Core companies in India BHEL ISRO DRDO RELIANCE WHIRLPOOL INDIA Honeywell India Videocon Tata Indicom Bharti Airtel Ltd. Idea above company every year conduct a campus interview for ece student so just wait and watch,and you can also apply for govt job in upse ies examinaiton. |

But your 12th marks may create problem.. You will not be able to appear in a campus drive of any leading IT companies.. Also you are not eligible for any govt. jobs.. Because they mention 60% aggregate through out the career. But there are some MNC's , those are hire students even have less than 60% aggregate through out the career.. You can go for those companies.. You will get the information from the TPO of your college.. So, go to the Training and Placement cell Officer, and have a chat him. All the best. |

Re: Am I eligible for Good Company having secured 62.8% in 10th, 49.6% in 12th and an aggregate of 68.64% till 3rd year of B.Tech? hello dear see, with your marks scoring in 62.8% in 10th, 49.6% in 12th and an aggregate of 68.64% till 3rd year of B.Tech, you will definitely have to face lots of problems. as your 12th marks is 49.6% and which is less than 60%. so that will create a major problem to get jobs in good company initially. as you know maximum good reputed company generally hire those candidate, those have 60% and above aggregate throughout of academic career. i.e 60% and above marks through out of academic career. so you can't appear those interview. so you have to make strong knowledge about your subjects so you can apply in the small company for the recruitment. firstly you have to join in the small company. then after having experience you can swift into the good companies. all the best...... |

Maximum no of company want 60% in through out in career . Some few software company allow 50% above criteria like WIPRO, SYNTEL , HONEYWELL etc. But you have below 50% so you have no chances for any companies. You have one option for telecom sector.So please go to any telecom company. Better option for you to go for higher study like JRF,SRF,MBA,M-TECH,MS,PHD etc. All the best. |
