Income tax officer exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate who wants to apply this exam should be complete graduation or any equivalent degree from a recognised university. Percentage is not important to appear this exam. You should be an INDIAN origin. Age criteria details:- The age limits are 18 years to 27 years, For OBC 3 years relaxation, For SC/ST 5 years relaxation. Ex-Servicemen get age relaxation which is mentioned below: -Ex-Servicemen( General ):03 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the Closing date -Ex-Servicemen (OBC):06 years(3 years + 3 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the Closing date -Ex-Servicemen (SC & ST):08years(3 years + 5 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the Closing date So if you have the Graduation degree and want to apply for Income Tax Officer's post then you can apply if you have your age according to above rules. This exam conducted all over india. Eligibility Criteria: Age limit: The applicant minimum age limit is 18 years. The candidate maximum age limit is 27 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable for the other categories. 33 years upper age limit for the OBC. 35 years upper age limit for the SC/ST. The candidate should be pass the bachelor degree from any recognized university. Both male and female candidates are eligible. But candidate should be an indian. Selection Process: Written Test Interview all the best. |

Re: How many years is the age relaxation for defense personal with respect of income tax officer hi, You want to know Age Relaxation and eligibility for Income Tax Officer Exam so here it is: Educational Qualification: - Candidate must have bachelor degree in discipline form any recognized university to be a part of Income Tax Officer Exam. Age: The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained 27 years of age on the date of apply. There is also upper age relaxation by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. It is also relaxed in favor of certain categories of employees working under the Government of India and Defense Services Personnel. thank you................................... |
