Re: Can I get admission in engineering after scoring 127 marks in PCM group in 12th? HI Admission to engineering colleges are no longer on the basis of your 12th marks. ( there may be some exception) Generally most engineering colleges take candidates through entrance exam Based on your performance in entrance exam, you will have to apply to different college. 12th marks have certain weightage, but on the basis of 12 solemnly you cant be given admission. Dear Friend, * You are really eligible to get a seat in any of the colleges in Tamil Nadu. * But, i could not assure you that, these are the best institutions. * Since, your cut off is very low, you may get any of the lower grade colleges which is of utter waste. * So, i would advice you to write any of the national level engineering entrance examinations and crack the same with a good score. * You may appear for AIEEE, SRMEEE, VITEEE and IIT examination.
