Re: How can I get a job after doing masters in economics? There are two sector in our economy where you can seek jobs after this qualification Master in Economics. GOVT and PRIVATE sector All the financial Institutions Private or Govt require M.A in Economics Candidate like BANKS ,INSURANCE and other Financial institutions. You can seek employment in Stock Exchange also. You can become Lecturer or Teacher in a school after doing B.ED (TEACHER) and after clearing NET examination (Lecturer). One of the highly respected Examination is only to the candidate if they are post graduate in ECONOMICS ,MATHS or in STATISTICS that is Indian Economics Services. GOVT RECRUITMENT Entrance Exam which usually consist questions on • ENGLISH • QUANTITIVE APTITUDE • REASONING and • GENERAL AWARENESS and on your subjects like ECONOMICS. Followed by Personal Interview After qualifying the Exam. you also have option of Doing PH.D from good institution if you have scored 60% Marks in Post graduation and have done your graduation from recognized university. For more information about the Govt Jobs You should read the Employment paper Regularly. For Information about the Private Sector you should read the daily Newspaper or Register yourself in JOB website like timesjobs.com or monster.com etc. |
