The minimum educational qualification required is completion of 12th or equivalent with PCM as major subjects from a recognised institute. You can appear two times for the IIT entrance exam.You can appear for the IIT exam if you have completed your 12th or equivalent from a recognized institute. Thank You |

Re: Will a Bihar Board 12th student be eligible to give IIT JEE entrance exam? Yes. Of course you are eligible to sit for IIT-JEE. The minimum qualification required to sit for IIT JEE is 12th from any recognised board/university with 60% in PCM and 55% in PCM for OBC/SC/ST. A student is eligible for 2 consequetive attempts for IIT-JEE after passing 12th including the year of passing 12th exam. So just prepare well and crack the exam. |
