Dear Friend The acronym NDA stands for the National Defense Academy.The entrance examination for this academy is conducted twice every year one is NDA I that is held in april and other is NDA 2 is held in august by the Union Public service commission. The important eligibility criteria for this examinations are as follows: 1.Educational qualifications: >>Friend you must be 10+2 passed or appearing for it from a recognized board .You should english as compulsory subjects in board exams. 2.Age limit : As you have asked that what is the age limit for the NDA exams? The minimum age limit required to be eligible for this exam is 16.5 years and the maximum upper age limit is 19 years. 3.Information regarding of attempts: You can attempts all the NDA exams that are conducted between your age limit that is 16.5 and 19 years. 4.Martial status : >>Only unmarried male candidates are allowed to apply for the NDA exams. Re: What is the age limit for NDA entrance exam? Dear Friend, The Acronym "NDA" Stands for National Defense Academy Exam. The NDA Exam is conducted twice every year by the Union Public Service Commission under the names of NDA-I & NDA-II. NDA-I Exam is conducted in the month of April whereas NDA-II Exam is conducted in the month of August every year. The minimum educational qualification required for NDA Exam is set to 12th standard by the UPSC. Also , there is no minimum % of marks required in 12th so you just need to have a pass in 12th from any recognized board. The Age Limit For NDA Exam is 165-19 years. There is no relaxation given to candidates whether they belong to any category in the upper age. Only male candidates who have Indian Citizenship and are unmarried are eligible to appear in the NDA Examination. Girl candidates are not allowed to apply for the NDA Examination. The NDA Examination gives chance to the candidates too join any of the following wings : * Indian Army * Indian Navy * Indian Air Force The NDA Examination is conducted in three phases namely : a) Written Exam b) SSB Interview c) Medical Test Note : candidate must pass all the three stages to pass the NDA Exam. The maximum and minimum age of entry to NDA is from 16.5 to 19 years and there is no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate. Apart from this, the eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with good Physical and Mental health, can apply for NDA. Re: What is the age limit for NDA entrance exam? One can apply if their age is less than 19 years. Also they must be atleast 16 ½ years old to apply. NDA is conducted by UPSC. Only unmarried males are eligible. Detailed information can be collected from UPSC portal. |
