Re: Current descriptive topic for IBPS PO? IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. The selection procedure by which the PO positions in 19 public sector banks are being recruited is by -IBPS Common Written Exam -Interview The Common Written Exam will be of both objective and descriptive type. The objective paper consists of questions from the following categories -Reasoning -Quantitative Aptitude -General Awareness -General English -Computer and Marketing knowledge In descriptive paper, there will be 5 questions. Each question carries 20 marks. The questions will be of following types. Making notes In this type of question, you will have to read the given passage and have to make notes. You should make title also for this. For some questions, you need to share your views. A topic will be given and you need to share your views regarding that. You can oppose that topic and you can write in favor of the given topic. Some current scenario problems will also be given. You will be asked to share what will you do to control that problem. You need to explain in your own language of what actions will you undertake to eliminate that problem. One need to secure minimum qualifying marks in descriptive test also to get through the test. Have good preparation for this exam and crack it. Wish you all the best. |
