The acronym for NDA is National Defence Academy. NDA examination is conducted by UPSC(Union Public service Commission) twice evry year as NDA-I and NDA-II in the months of April and August. For these following wings, NDA examination is conducted:- * Indian Army. * Indian Navy. * Indian Air Force. The selection procedure for the NDA examination is mentioned as below:- * written examination. * SSB interview. * Medical examination. The eligibility criteria required for the NDA examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of 12th with PCM for Navy and Air Force wings from any accredited board. * Completion of 12th with Arts and Commerce stream for Army wing from any recognized board. * Age limit:- 16.5-19 yrs. * Sex:- Male. * Marital status:- Unmarried. * Nationality:- Indian. * Physically and mentally fit. You can apply for NDA examination through two ways on UPSC website is mentioned as below:- * Online. * Offline. The important dates of NDA-II examination are mentioned as below:- * Notification Date:- 4/5/2013. * Last date for Receipt of Applications:- 3/6/2013. * Examination Date:- 11/8/2013. |

The dates regarding with NDA exam are below mentioned:- * 04/05/2013:- Notification Date. * 03/06/2013:- Last Date for Receipt of Applications. * 11/08/2013:- Date of Commencement of Exam. The educational qualifications regarding with NDA exam are below mentioned:- * Opponents must have finished 12th with PCM from any approved institution. * The age criteria must be lie in between 16.5-19 years. * The relaxation of age is not assumed to any category opponents. * Opponents must be an Indian. * Opponents must be an unmarried male. If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board then you are applicable for NDA exam.Final year of 12th candidate can apply here . The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India. You can apply in NDA exam through UPSC website.You can apply here online process also.You have option for Offline system also. NDA I Exam date already over so you can try for NDA II Exam .The Notification is given below- Date of Notification : 04.05.2013 Last date for Receipt of Applications : 03.06.2013 Date of Commencement of Exam : 11.08.2013 For more details about NDA exam , you can visit to http://www.upsc.gov.in . |

NDA-National Defence Academy. NDA exam conducted by the UPSC two times in one year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II. Educational qualification:- 12th standard or any equivalent is the minimum educational qualification. For Indian airforce and navy you must have to complete 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, but there is no restrictions on percentage. Nationality:- Applicant must be a citizen of India, Or A subject of bhutan, Or A subject of nepal, Or A tibetian refugee who came over india permanently. Gender:- Must be a male and unmarried. Age criteria:- Applicant age must be in between 16.5years to 19 years. There is no upper age relaxation. Physical standards:-  Selection stages:- Written exam, SSB interview, Medical test. Syllabus:- Mathematics--> 300 marks, General ability--> 600 marks. Total 900 marks. More information please Best of luck |
