The details are as follows Date of notification will be on 19-02-2011. Last date of receipt of application is on 21-03-2011. It means that the application should reach the head office in New Delhi on or before 21-03-2011. So its better that you send the application 5 days before the last date of receipt of application. The exam will be held on 12-06-2011. So,prepare well for the new format.You can get the syllabus at the official website of the UPSC. All the best |
