Re: How many attempts for MAT exam are permitted? If I give MAT in Sept after having given in May and I score lower in Sept than May , can I still use the score of May within a year and it remains valid ? |

The basic minimum qualification is very simple and therefore the exam is in a way open to all. If you are a graduate in any discipline then you are eligible to sit for this exam. Even final year students can give this exam. In addition to that there is no minimum marks to obtain at graduation level. Therefore on getting the pass marks you will be allowed to sit for this exam. The subject you had at grad level is of little importance here. There is no restriction on the number of attempts. So you can give this exam as many times you want to. At the same time there is no restriction imposed as far as age criteria is concerned. So you have full independence to decide as to when you want to give this exam. Areas with weightage for the exam:- --Reading Comprehension --Data Interpretation/Data Sufficiency --Quantitative Aptitude --Logical and Critical Reasoning --General Awareness Hope this helps :-> :-> |

The All India Management Association [AIMA] conducts the MAT Exam 4 times in a year in the months of February , May , September and December. The MAT Exam is conducted for the admission of Candidates in Best Business Schools/Colleges for the MBA Course. There is no limitation on the number of Attempts for the MAT Exam. A Candidate can give the MAT Examination as many times as he/she wants if he/she holds a Bachelor`s Degree from any recognized College/university. moreover , there is no age limit for the MAT Exam. So , you need not to worry about this and should concentrate only on your studies so as to crack this exam. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. There is no restriction on number of attempts to MAT. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University can apply for MAT. There is no upper age limit for application to MAT. |

MAT - Management Aptitude Test is an entrance exam conducted by AIMA(All India Management Association) for admission to two years Post Graduate MBA(Master of Business Administration) course in top business school recognising MAT score. There is no restriction on number of attempts to MAT which means aan eligible candidate can appear for MAT as many as times he/she wishes. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University is eligible to apply for MAT. There is also no upper age limit to apply for MAT. |

hi friend, MAT is one of the mba entrance exam in india. tips to get succeed in mat. i suggest you to join a coaching institute which teaches mat see just follow them day to day.its easy to clear mat when compared to other exmaa slike cat xat etc.here the level of difficulty is less.you can go for r.s agarwal book for quantitative aptitude.and for reasoning verbal and nonverbal also refer r.s agarwal books. it will be very helpful to you.in the mean while practicing is very much important so that you will be more familiar with all the concepts and you may able to find shortcuts too. all the best friend. good luck |

There are 2 modes in MAT exam namely Paper pencil test Computer online test.
