IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. IAS exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) once in 1 year. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate must have to complete graduation or any equivalent degree from a recognised university. Final year graduation appearing candidates are also eligible. Percentage is not an issue to apply this exam. Applicant must be a citizen of India. Age criteria:- The age limits for General candidates are 21 years to 30 years, The age limits for OBC candidates are 21 years to 33 years, The age limits for SC/ST candidates are 21 years to 35 years. Selection process:- Civil Services Preliminary Examination, Civil Services Mains examination, Personal interview. UPSC conduct this exam.And you should be graduate in any stream from a recognized college,age must be not less than 21 years and not more 30 years,and you should be Indian citizen.The IAS exam is conducted in 3 steps- 1)PRELIMINARY 2)MAINS, And 3)INTERVIEW For further details you should visit the IAS website & get acquainted with the examination. |
