Hello Friend
M.TECH/M.S after b.tech is better choice.
To present criteria a bit difficult to get a job.
If you have a chance to do MS you have to go through the TOFEL,GRE.ILETS etc....

Doing the m-tech after the b-tech is a good decision
or else you can go for mba
You can get the jobs based on the b-tech degree, but if you are with post graduate degree means you can allowed for more and better jobs
To join in m-tech you have to qualify the GATE (Grade Aptitude Test for Engineering).
The exam consists of 65 objective type questions
few of them carry 1 mark and few carry 2 marks
negative marking for 1 mark questions is 1/3 mark and for 2 marks 2/3 marks

well prepare for the exam
and crack the exam

wish you all the best

Hi Friend ...

Yeah

Definitely

First of all congratulations for the successful completion of your " B.Tech "

Generally you can find more job opportunities with the B.Tech Qualification

On the Other side after B.Tech .... " M.Tech " is the BEST OPTION

In that also there are so many various streams are available

For that you must give the " Entrance Exams "

You can apply for the G.A.T.E exam

G.A.T.E ----- GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING

And you can also give the State wide entrance exam in to Post Graduation

So in those exam you must get a Good score

There by you may have the Good College

ALL THE VERY GOOD LUCK

Re: Is it better to do M.Tech after my B.Tech?

Pursuing M.Tech after B.Tech is a good decision. Admission to the course is offered on the basis of GATE score. M.S courses (equivalent to M.Tech) are offered abroad. Universities in UK and US offer admission to the course on the basis of GRE score. TOEFL or ILETS score is also mandatory to have admission to the program. In some universities like in Singapore and Australia offer admission on the basis of IELTS score. Further details on admission can be collected from the official portal of the concerned college.
