The eligibility required for MSc nursing:- 1)The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any Stat Nursing Registration Council. 2)The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks. 3)The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council. 4)Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing. 5)Candidate shall be medically fit. 5)5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates may be given. Here is a file in which syllabus is given, just check it out........ Good luck. |

Re: What is the eligibility criteria for MSc Nursing? B.Sc Nursing is the basic qualification required. Usually candidates with a minimum of 50% marks are considered for admission. Selection will be done on the basis of entrance tests. Institutes like Tata Memorial Centre conducts entrance test for selection. Details can be collected from the web portal of the institute. |
