Dear Aspirant, This will be very rare situation.Because most of the top universities and small medium colleges are asking for the Toefl score also. so you have only a few colleges who dont ask for the Toefl score. GRE can be a optinal but the Toefl is very important. That is considered as the main thing for any admissions in the foreign universities. So if you have a good toefl score then you have a good number of colleges in your list. The GRE and IELTS combination score will be mostly in the 120 countries only. So you can have a good opportunities only in these countries.But when you do the GRE,IELTS,and Toefl then you can go any where in the world. Because out of TOEFL and IELTS, you need to clear any one of the examination which is a record That you know English and you can take it as a foreign language being in the foreign country. Gud luck |
