and off course the communication skills does matter a lot. if you are more well in this field then you will definitely get placement in this Syntel because H.R round creates a lot influence in placements. Just prepare well for Aptitude Test, For this refer R S Agarwal. Good luck. |

Hi guyz,This is Abhilash. i wrote the test from north zone on 15th jan 2011. there is no quant guyz. i mainly consists of reasoning, some numerical series(which is easy to crack) for example one of the series question i got was 1,2,6,24,120,? (its a factorial series), coding-decoding & some puzzles straight from RS Agarwal. The difficult part is the question set is changing constantly. there are odd 1000 question question in the database & it depends upon ur luck which question you get. there are 3 questions in each page & you dont have the "back" option. So please go through the question carefully as you dont have chance to correct it later on. Important point to note: Time management is Must. |
