I have completed my B.E in ECE(Electronics and communication). I have decided to do my M.E in Computer Science. If iam going to do so, will i get placed as a lecturer in engineering colleges?

In order to join any recognized universities/colleges in India as Lecturer, candidates must qualify National Eligibility Test conducted by University Grant Commission.

Since you are pursuing Master of Business Administration, you will be able to take the test after completion of your master degree program. Apart from that, you will also have to score a minimum of 55% marks in the examination to be considered eligible for the test. Candidates holding a masters degree in Management are only allowed to take the test in "Management", the syllabus for which is available in the link provided below:

The test is conducted in the month of June and December every year and to know more about it, refer to www.ugcnetonline.in

I m persuing MBA with specialisation in HR. After MBA I want to become a lecturer in govt college. How it would be possible. Please give me the procedure for it.
