Re: Which companies will hire engineering graduates? I am a final semester student of B.E mechanical engineering You can try for engineer trainee jobs in firma like BHEL, BEL, OIL, and IOCL. GATE score along with a fixed percentage of marks in graduation is required to apply. UPSC’s ESE exam is another option. Civil services are emerging as a new career path for engineers. In banks they can join Specialist Officer Role and in railways as Section Officer. |

I am a final semester student of B.E mechanical engineering There are many companies that recruit mechanical engineers both in public and private sectors. -NTPC -COAL INDIA LIMITED -SAIL -IOCL -GAIL -ONGC -POWER GRID COOPERATION -NHPC -TATA POWER -TATA STEEL -JINDAL POWER AND STEEL -NALCO and many other miniratna and medium scale power and steel companies. |

I am a final semester student of B.E mechanical engineering The companies will recruit after you complete your degree.Either the companies will come for campus recruitment or you have to give off campus interviews.For public sector ,either you have to enter through GATE score or by written test conducted by that company followed by GD,interview and medical tests. |
