Has any one got any answers for your questions on the Mark's card being genuine or not..
Because even my co sister had done B.com from the same university.. she is not able to validate her marks card on the website with her registered number.
Can some one help, how to find out if the Mark's card is genuine or not.
Year of passing 2006.

As per my knowledge, The Vishwa Bharthi University is not approved by the AICTE.

Vishwa Bharti University, Chhatisgarh is not approved by UGC but all of the diploma and degrees awarded by the university are recognised throughout the country by the approval of statutory council.

Vishwa Bharthi University Raipur is not approved by AICTE and UGC . But some agents are running it .It is not Sate, Central , Deemed ,Private University .

Viswa Bharati University(The Viswa Bharati Institute), Raipur in Chhatisgarh State was established on 26.05.2004 by Chhatisgarh Government.

But with the Supreme Court direction through writ petition, Viswa Bharati University came in to existence on 12.04.2005.

Viswa Bharati University is approved by University Grant Commission(UGC) but this University is not approved by AICTE till date.

It is Located in Shanti Niketan, West Bengal and was founded by Rabrindra Nath Tagore.

After passing from this university you can join both govt and privet job.

I completed my bsc from viswabharathi university raipur in2003 and later I completed my llb from university of allahabad in 2006 but the hon'ble supreme court of india issued judgement after my completion. Now is there any effect on me? I did my bsc before the judgement from recognised college of viswabharathi university.

I received the Bachelor of Technology(IT) degree from Visba-Bharati univ.from Wisdom,BBSR.Now If I apply for Govt. Jobs,and select suppose then they can keep me for that job.

Vishwa Bharthi University, Raipur is no more recognised.. it was till 2004.. after then they bcame an institute affiliated to another university and only offering B.Ed course. you are right but supreme court had quashed the university status but students who completed before the judgement are valid and completed various courses and working in many companies
it was a blunder mistake of the system failure of system not students

Vishwa Bharthi University, Raipur is no more recognised.. it was till 2004.. after then they bcame an institute affiliated to another university and only offering B.Ed course.. hence all degrees like B.Com, B.sc, Bcs offered by them stands nullified and void.. Badluck for people who did degrees from them..

The Viswa Bharati Institute(Erstwhile Viswa Bharati University), Raipur (C.G.) was established by the Govt. of Chhatisgarh dated 26.05.2004.

But in pursuance of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in writ petition delivered on 11.02.05, Viswa Bharati Institute came in to existence on dated 12.04.2005.

The school Education department Govt. of C.G. has given NOC to Viswa Bharati Institute through the SCERT for establishment of New B.Ed. college.

The NCTE has given approval to the Viswa Bharathi Institute for starting B.Ed. course with an intake of 100 students; from session 2005-06 vide its letter No. WRC/ .
The NCTE has given approval to the Viswa Bharati Institute for starting B.Ed. courses.

The Viswa Bharati Institute is approved by UGC but not approved by AICTE.

yes it is approved by state government of chattisgrah but in 2004 supreme court has cancelled all this universities and some are notified due to complying the conditions of UGC those are not fake

I have also done Degree (Bsc Computers) from viswa bharathi university 2000-2003. However, when i am joining in one company they have rejected in background check.
