If you want to ask about art and craft's graduation then one should have to pass 10+2.
And for post-graduation you must be a graduate.

There are many exam which is taken admission in the arts and craft colleges,
the exam of UGC-NET is also take the admission in Arts colleges.many university as UPTU and AIEEE and more are the exams.
the syllabus for these exam is published on there official website and also in the prospectus of these exams.
