No you will not be eligible to apply for IGNOU B.ED Course unless you have not completed your Graduation degree course.

Eligibility required are

Educational qualification
~Bachelor degree passed out from recognized university.

Experience
~You should have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Higher/Secondary/Senior Secondary schools as a Primary Teacher/Graduate/Post Graduate Teacher.

Course details for IGNOU B.ED

~Minimum Duration - 2 years.
~Maximum Duration - 4 years.
~Course Fee - Rs 20,000.

Entrance Test Details

~English Comprehension - 10 Questions - 10 Marks.
~Logical and Analytical Reasoning - 20 Questions - 20 Marks.
~Educational and General Awareness - 25 Questions - 25 Marks.
~Teaching amd Learning and School - 20 Questions - 20 Marks.
~Physics,Mathematics,Social Science & Hindi - 25 Questions - 25 Marks.
